Over a 21 week period, JA’s Company Program teaches grade 10-12 students how to organize and operate a real business. Volunteers from the local business community work with students to launch and run a small enterprise. This gives students the real-world skills and experience that they need to achieve their dreams of becoming entrepreneurs.

The Program Liaison will be accountable for the coordination of some JA programs. The scope of this position is varied and may include: volunteer development; liaising with schools and the business community; conducting presentations; building and nurturing relationships with JA partners; ensuring program quality and best practices; collecting and managing program data; and other organizational duties, as needed. Periodic evening work and/or provincial travel may be required.
